What is GROUNDFLOOR?
GROUNDFLOOR is a Brooklyn-based multi-brand retailer and creative agency founded by Stephen Crawley. We curate design-forward independent brands across five lifestyle categories: Read, Wear, Wellness, Travel, and Home/Office. We source limited-edition objects, books, apparel, and accessories from makers who prioritize craft, concept, and quality.
Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
No.
How long does domestic shipping take?
Most domestic orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Final sale and limited-edition items are non-returnable.

How do you select the brands you carry?
GROUND FLOOR SERVICE was founded by Stephen Crawley with a clear curatorial vision: every brand in our catalog is chosen for design integrity, independent ownership, and category relevance. We prioritize makers with a distinct point of view — whether that's a small-batch publisher, an independent apparel label, or a studio producing functional objects.
Do you work with new or emerging brands?

Are your products limited edition?
Many items in our catalog are limited-run or small-batch. Once they're gone, they're gone. We recommend purchasing when you see something you love.
