Ground Floor Service Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and best available rates.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150.
Local Delivery / Pickup
At this time, we do not offer local delivery or pickup. Stay tuned as we expand our services.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet shipping estimates, occasional delays may occur due to high volume, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping will be announced in the near future.
Damages or Lost Packages
Ground Floor Service is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. For damaged products, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at groundfloorservice@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
